Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code makes it a misdemeanor and 6 months in jail for the first offense, and a felony and 2 years in prison for the second offense when you enter this country illegally without authorization from federal authorities. Now, Obama is reducing even further any scrutiny at our border, in spite of the fact that his Attorney General, Eric Holder, has admitted that there is a serious security problem at our southwest border. This disregard for the obligation to carry out federal law is compounded by the fact that this same Eric Holder had more than 2000 weapons made available to lethal cartels through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in the “Fast and Furious” debacle. Does anyone else see this picture of a presidential administration trying to bring down the greatness of America both in terms of security and economically? What has the cost been to give education, medical care, and entitlement programs to illegal aliens? It is in the tens of billions each year. Americans are being duped by a deceitful President and an apparently ineffective Congress.
